- the cider house rules by john irving is an important one from my formative years. otherwise, i do enjoy reading a fair amount of world literature from authors such as ishiguro and mishima. despite how
despairing and melodramatic cioran's writing is, i love reading his pithy aphorisms... it's reassuring in a way.

- they're technically not bugs but i talk about being a tardigrade a lot for some reason... i find it appealing to be tiny but indomitable.
